I’m sure this will feature several eateries on Hope Street. Also the Hope Street Feast should take place on Sunday 19 September.

Festival date announced for 2010!

Welcome to the official Liverpool Food & Drink Festival’s third year. We are excited to announce that the launch day for the 2010 festival will be on Sunday 12th September in Sefton Park. This will be an exciting day of food and drink delights kickstarting a week of fantastic foodie fun throughout Liverpool.

    Just to point out that the Feast may coincide with the Food and Drink Festival, but is ENTIRELY separate from it!

    Does this mean that the Hope Street “festival” will definitely take place on the 12th of September? I’ve done some searching around and there’s no such information in regards to it, and there’s no such information in any of this years events brochures,

    Latest news is that the Hope Street ‘Feast’ will take place on Sunday 19 September, it’s at the end of the food and drink fest.
    Not much other info yet but it is mentioned on the Philharmonic Hall website as they will be have a family fun open day as per usual

    I would just like to air, yet again, my frustration at the lack of publicity for this event! I live on Catharine Street and last year only knew of the Hope Street festival when I stepped out to see what all the noise was about – and what a brilliant day it was! I only heard about this on the radio this morning and have already made plans for the weekend and will now miss this great event. Please please can we have more publicity around this cultural day for the future…….?

    We went to the Hope Street Festival last year and had a brilliant time, I have been on all web sites I could think of this year to see when this years event was being held but couldnt find any information anywhere. On the radio this morning I heard it briefly being mentioned and unfortunately have other arrangements made for today. Its such a shame and I really think it should be well publicized for next year. We would love to go.
