At 7 a.m. this morning the Go Penguins arrived on Hope Street and we were there to greet our artinliverpool.com penguin called ‘Splashy’ created by Julie Dodd.

We photographed just some of the penguins in the area and they all look fantastic.

Splashy is, appropriately, outside the former Art College and LIPA (my old school when it was the Institute) and stands next to ‘Around the World in Many Ways’.
